Build
Drop a region server onto your parcel and it becomes part of a working economy — farms, stations, vendors and gatherables that other people have a reason to travel to. No scripting on your part.
Craft
Gather, smelt, brew, cook and forge. Skills rise through use, and the chain runs deep — starch to sugar, sugar to alcohol, alcohol to something worth aging and bottling.
Trade
Nothing is spawned by the system. Every item on every vendor was gathered and made by a player, and priced by what another player will pay for it.
Two ways in
Players need somewhere worth going. Builders need someone to turn up. SL Colonies Roleplay is the same system from both sides.
For players
Gather, craft, cook, brew, hunt and trade. Professions level through use, and the good stuff is always on somebody else’s parcel — so you travel, and you meet people doing the same.
For world builders
Drop in a region server and your parcel becomes part of a working economy — with a reason for players to keep coming back, and no scripting on your part.

An identity that follows you — across the regions, the forum and Discord — and a reason for players to keep coming back to your land. Some of it is already here.
Take a cutting from a ripe vineyard, graft it at the Grafting Table and grow a grape nobody else has. Varieties change the wine itself, and the best only thrive in the soil they ask for.
Every field gets soil with a real pH. Mix fertilisers at the Compost Bin to push it acidic or alkaline and grow what wants it there — or leave it be, and it drifts back to its natural level and an ordinary harvest.
Fishing becomes a trade worth learning: bait made from what you grow and catch, a live catch used to hook a better one, and rare fish worth going after.
Bloodlines for the farm's animals: breed for coats, rarity and quality that carries through to the butcher and the kitchen, fed from your fields and your nets.
Charge your colony's stone with platinum and work its shared benches and fields from your phone — start crafts, plough, sow, water and harvest without walking the realm.
