A Japanese-style market centre piece
A member wanted her colony's Market HUB to match the rest of her build. We drew four designs, she chose one, and we built it on the HUB's own footprint and part names, so it linked into her market and the market script kept working.

Before we build, we agree a land impact budget with you and build to it. Every piece comes with its own hand-built detail levels, so it keeps its shape from across the region and gets simpler as you walk away.

Who can commission a build?
Anyone who signs in to this website with their Second Life avatar and can pay in L$. Signing in is free, and every piece is made for use in SL Colonies.
Do you script it as well?
No. We make mesh only. A piece that replaces one of our kits keeps that kit's part names and footprint, so the SL Colonies scripts already in it carry on working.
What land impact will it have?
We agree a land impact budget with you before the build starts and build to it. Every piece comes with its own hand-built detail levels, so it holds its shape from across the region.
What do I need to send?
A picture or two of what you have in mind and where it will stand. A screenshot of the spot in your realm helps more than a long description.
How does payment work?
In L$, on this website. Half when you approve a concept, the rest on delivery. One round of changes after the in-world fitting is included; each further round is L$1,000.
Can it show my colony's crest?
Signs, banners and shields can be built with a face for your colony's crest. On SL Colonies kits that already show it, such as the Market HUB sign, it appears on its own.
